We have a good QC/ QA Department to check the Micron – Thickness of Zinc plated
Hexavalent & Trivalent Passivated components of our customer using
ELEKTROPHYSIK MINITEST - 650 etc., Micron Meter. Also, we have our own
Salt Spray Chamber to carry out Salt Spray Test.
We have Chiller Plant also for Acid Zinc for uniform bright coating purpose.
We have 100 KV of Generator to meet the power problems.
We have good team of experts to start any type of plating or coating process. As such
if our customer needs any type of plating in bult quantity regularly we are ready to
start new plating bath with either barrel or vat to suite the customer’s requirements
and deliver it on time.
Production capacity :
Currently we are running two shift per day.
Total production capacity : 1000 sq.meter/day.
Current production : 700 sq.meter/day.
Available capacity : 300 sq.meter /day
